Apache-3 Inc. · LearnTrainAI

Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-05-20

1. Who you're contracting with

These terms govern your use of LearnTrainAI (and its brand-front domains: learntrainai.com, prompttooproduction.com, prompt-engineering.dev, learnpromptengineering.app, whatisai.io, promptengineering.sh), all operated by Apache-3 Inc. (a Kansas corporation, SAM.gov UEI JQMHLJNNJYN1).

2. Account use

You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account, to keep your password confidential, and to use the services only for lawful purposes. You may not share your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Curriculum and intellectual property

The 4-week AI Readiness curriculum, prompt library, exercises, cheatsheets, and articles published on the LearnTrainAI sites are © Apache-3 Inc. and the authors of Prompt to Product (Snake Blocker and Naveen Dhillon). You may use the materials for your own learning. You may not republish, resell, or use them to train commercial AI models.

Your capstone work is yours. Apache-3 does not claim ownership of prompts, prompt libraries, or other artifacts you create as part of the curriculum. By default we use your work only to grade and provide feedback. We will not publish your work without your written consent.

4. Cohort engagements

Enterprise and federal cohort engagements are scoped via a separate Statement of Work or contract. Those contract terms govern delivery details (cohort size, instructor allocation, pricing, retention, accessibility, security). These site Terms apply alongside any signed agreement; if they conflict, the signed agreement controls.

5. Federal customers

For federal customers, work is performed under the terms of the applicable contract, FAR / DFARS clauses, and the SBA SDVOSB program rules. Apache-3 represents its socio-economic status truthfully in SAM.gov and bid artifacts. We do not claim federal past performance we have not earned. Misrepresentation allegations should be reported via Apache-3's government-business POC.

6. Disclaimers

The LearnTrainAI public materials (articles, cheatsheets, book excerpts) are provided as-is. We make no warranties that any particular prompt, technique, or pattern will produce a specific outcome in your AI workflow. The curriculum teaches a methodology; results depend on your context, your data, and the AI tools you use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apache-3 Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the public LearnTrainAI sites is limited to $100. Liability for paid cohort engagements is governed by the signed contract.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective date and announced via email to active account holders 30 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

For public-site use, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For federal contract work, the governing-law clause in the contract controls.
