Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers, no marketing.
Who delivers the training?
Apache-3 Inc. — a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Native American-Owned, SBA-certified Small Business based in Oberlin, Kansas. Apache-3's principals (Snake Blocker, President / CEO, and Naveen Dhillon, Senior AI Operations Engineer) co-authored Prompt to Product (April 2026), the book that grounds every workshop.
Is this only for federal agencies?
No. LearnTrainAI delivers to enterprises, professional-services firms, government primes, federal civilian agencies, and DoD components. Federal capability is one of many — see /for-enterprises and /for-federal-agencies for the two primary paths.
What does a 4-week cohort actually look like?
Week 1: prompt-engineering fundamentals. Week 2: internal-data privacy guidance. Week 3: no-code automation patterns. Week 4: capstone where every participant ships a reusable prompt library covering their own most common work tasks, reviewed and graded against the rubric. ~6-10 hours of work per week. Live virtual sessions + async exercises. Optional on-site kickoff and capstone demo days.
Do you train on Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude?
All three, plus internal LLM gateways. The curriculum is tool-agnostic — the patterns generalize. The examples we use during a cohort adapt to whatever AI tool the customer already uses.
What credentials does Apache-3 hold?
SBA-certified SDVOSB and VOSB (effective 2025-03-10, renewal due 2028-03-10). Native American-Owned, American Indian Owned, Minority-Owned, and Small Disadvantaged Business per SAM.gov entity record (active through 2027-05-08). UEI JQMHLJNNJYN1, CAGE 8DFR5. NAICS 541519 (primary), 611420 (training), plus 5 additional codes. PSC U009 / U012 / U099 / R408 / R425 / others. Full capability statement at apache3.com.
How is your platform Section 508 compliant?
The LearnTrainAI platform conforms to Section 508 / Revised Standards (WCAG 2.0 Level AA), with WCAG 2.1 AA as the authoring floor. We maintain a current VPAT 2.5 self-attestation; on contract requirements, Apache-3 engages a certified third-party auditor for a formal Accessibility Conformance Report.
Can you deliver inside an agency LMS instead of LearnTrainAI?
Yes. Curriculum is exported in SCORM 2004 (3rd/4th ed.) and xAPI / cmi5 formats per DoDI 1322.26. Hosting on the agency's existing FedRAMP-authorized LMS avoids the platform-side FedRAMP cost.
How does pricing work?
Hybrid. Firm-fixed-price for the standard formats (4-week cohort, half-day bootcamp, 2-hour workshop) and Time-and-Materials labor categories for custom curriculum work. GSA MAS pricing in flight (target award 2027-05-20).
Do you have federal past performance?
Not yet — Apache-3 is seeking its first federal prime opportunity. Per FAR 15.305 and 8.405, commercial past performance is accepted by federal contracting officers when no fed CPARS exists. Apache-3's published book (Prompt to Product, April 2026) and analogous private-sector cohorts substitute as past-performance evidence. We say so plainly in every bid — we do not invent prior federal work.
How do I enroll a cohort?
Submit an inquiry at /contact. Federal contracting officers, primes, and enterprise L&D leaders all use the same form. We respond within 48 hours with a scope, dates, and a quote.
What if the cohort needs custom curriculum for a specific agency or industry?
Yes — we customize. The standard 4-week core remains; Week 3 (no-code automation patterns) is the typical customization point. We've prepared customizations for federal civilian engineering staff, defense logistics, healthcare administration, professional services, and finance. Custom curriculum work is T&M; baseline rates on request.
Can individuals sign up, or only organizations?
Today, LearnTrainAI is organization-first — cohorts are scoped by a sponsor at the enrolling org. Individual enrollment is on the Phase 2 roadmap. In the meantime, the book Prompt to Product is the way for individuals to get the curriculum.
Does Apache-3 hold security clearances?
Apache-3's SAM.gov record reflects no current employee or facility clearance. For most AI readiness training engagements (unclassified content for civilian staff), no clearance is required. Apache-3 staff named on a contract can complete Tier 1 / Public Trust background investigations as required by the contract. Clearance requirements above Tier 1 are case-by-case and contract-dependent.
Where does my cohort's data live?
Cohort enrollment, attendance, and capstone artifacts are stored in Apache-3's Supabase US-East project (learntrainai-platform). For federal customers under contract, we follow the contract's data-handling clause — including deletion at contract close-out if specified. We do not sell data. We do not train AI on your participants' content. See /privacy for the full policy.
What about Google OAuth on the cohort portal?
Sign-in supports email + password (always) and Google OAuth (rolling out; depending on when you sign in, Google may need a final consent-screen step to be visible on your domain). Magic links are intentionally not used.
