Who operates this site

LearnTrainAI and its brand-front domains (learntrainai.com, prompttooproduction.com, prompt-engineering.dev, learnpromptengineering.app, whatisai.io, promptengineering.sh) are operated by Apache-3 Inc. (APACHE-3 INC), 118 E Commercial St Ste 2, Oberlin, KS 67749-2138, USA.

What we collect

Account data. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and password (hashed, never stored in cleartext). We use Supabase as our managed auth provider; account records are stored in our US-East Supabase project.

OAuth provider data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and Google profile ID. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google data.

Cohort and capstone data. If you enroll in a cohort, we store your enrollment metadata (cohort name, start date, completion status) and any artifacts you submit as part of the curriculum capstone.

Inquiry form data.When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, organization, role, audience type, and message. Submissions are routed to Apache-3's government-business POC by email via Resend.

Technical data. We collect minimal server logs (request URL, status code, IP for anti-abuse) for operational reasons. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on these sites.

What we do with it

• Provide account access and cohort delivery.
• Send transactional email (confirmations, password resets, cohort updates).
• Respond to contact-form inquiries. Your message goes to Apache-3's government-business POC and is replied to from the same address.
• Maintain audit trails of training records, retained for six years for federal-customer compatibility.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not train AI on your content. Your capstone submissions, prompts, and curriculum work belong to you.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or any third party other than the named subprocessors below.

• Supabase Inc. — managed Postgres + auth (US-East region)
• Vercel Inc. — hosting + CDN
• Resend Inc. — transactional email
• Google LLC — OAuth sign-in (if you choose to use it)
• Anthropic, PBC — server-side AI inference for the bid-prep platform (apache3.us); not used on LearnTrainAI public surfaces

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of any inaccuracy, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing s@apache-3.com. We respond within 30 days for most requests; federal training records may be subject to a six-year retention obligation that supersedes deletion requests.

Data handling for federal customers

For federal cohort delivery under contract, Apache-3 handles participant records in accordance with the Privacy Act, applicable agency records-management orders, and contract-specific data-handling clauses. Federal cohort records are stored in the same Supabase US-East project unless the contract specifies an alternative environment.
